Sniper Elite: Resistance

The game features seven large sandbox maps set across diverse locations in France. These include dense forests, subterranean tunnels, occupied towns, and massive Nazi superstructures like dams and repurposed country estates. The level design emphasizes verticality and multiple infiltration/exfiltration routes.

A Season Pass is available, which includes a new three-mission campaign, three weapon packs, three weapon skin packs, and one character skin pack. A post-launch 'Mud and Thunder' content pack has also been released.

Players earn XP to rank up, unlocking new skills, weapons, and items. A comprehensive weapon customization system returns, allowing players to find workbenches in levels to swap out scopes, stocks, barrels, and magazines to tailor each weapon's performance. Skills are divided into three categories: Combat, Body, and Equipment, allowing players to enhance abilities like breath control, health, and item capacity.

The game was released with a Standard Edition ($49.99) and a Deluxe Edition ($79.99). The Deluxe Edition includes the base game, several pre-order bonuses (an exclusive mission, weapon skin, and rifle), and early access to the game.

Sniper Elite: Resistance supports full cross-play for its online multiplayer modes, allowing players on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox to play together.

  The game takes place in 1944 within Nazi-occupied Vichy France, running parallel to the story of Sniper Elite 5. It follows a new protagonist, SOE agent Harry Hawker, who is tasked with aiding the French Resistance. His mission escalates when he discovers a Nazi plot to develop 'Kleine Blume,' a deadly nerve agent Wunderwaffe that could turn the tide of the war.
