Kingmakers is a groundbreaking hybrid of third-person shooter mechanics and macro-level grand strategy set in the year 1403 during the historic Welsh Uprising. Players assume the role of an elite, time-traveling military operative originating from 500 years in the future, deployed into a war-torn medieval Great Britain. Your overarching mission is to single-handedly alter the trajectory of a bloody conflict, assisting Welsh nobleman Owain Glyndŵr against the English Crown, in order to prevent a catastrophic apocalypse in your native timeline. The game features massive-scale physics simulations capable of rendering thousands of distinct, multi-threaded AI soldiers on-screen simultaneously.
